Rates
$120 per hour
15 hour trauma retreat is 15 hours in one week.  Total price for therapy is $1800.00

30 hour trauma retreat is 30 hours in two weeks.  Total price for therapy is $3600.00

All travel, lodging, food, and incidentals are additional expenses and not included in the therapy rates.

Lodging at the Sanctuary does include breakfast.

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
• Is out-of-network/out-patient therapy an insurance benefit?

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
FULL PAYMENT must be made at the first counseling session.  If you have insurance, full payment is still expected at the first session.  We will file your insurance and that reimbursement will come back to you directly.

Cancellation Policy
A $300.00 non-refundable deposit is required to save a date for a trauma retreat.
